Here, we outline the key terms and conditions governing our services and client relationship.
1. Introduction
By engaging with Cadpeople for services, you agree to be bound by these Standard Conditions and Terms, effective March 1, 2024. These terms apply to all services rendered by Cadpeople unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Services
Cadpeople provides a wide array of digital marketing and digital learning services. Specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in our engagement letter or service agreement, as applicable.
3. Prices
Effective March 1, 2024, our standard hourly rate is DKK 1,200. ex. VAT. Please note that rates are subject to periodic reviews and adjustments at the beginning of each fiscal year.
If a scope changes at a start-up meeting or during a project, it will be re-estimated +/- in cooperation with the customer. The above-mentioned quantities are based on the initial briefing.
4. Invoice payment
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoice payment is 30 days from invoice date.
- Upon signing the customer’s contract, 50% of the contract sum.
- Upon Cadpeople project delivery: 50% of the contract sum.
- In case of late invoice payment: 1.5% per month.
5. Client obligations
Clients are expected to:
- Provide all necessary information and cooperation to enable the completion of services.
- Notify Cadpeople of any specific requirements or constraints related to the services.
6. Confidentiality
Cadpeople is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Both parties agree to uphold confidentiality obligations with respect to any information shared during the provision of services.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights in the outputs of the services provided belong to Cadpeople.
8. Limitation of liability
Cadpeople’s liability concerning the services provided, under contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to rectify the breach within a specified period.
10. Amendments
Cadpeople reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
