For the third year in a row, we have been shortlisted at the Learning Technologies Awards. That is to say that, this year, we are again in the absolute race to win two of the most prestigious digital learning awards in the world.

This year, we are shortlisted for the learning platform NOLA, developed together with Nordic Praxis. NOLA is a learning universe developed for the Chinese market, where it helps nurses and other caregivers become better prepared for their work with patients suffering from dementia. What is unique is that all learning is accessible using a mobile phone. We are shortlisted in the category “Best use of mobile learning”.

We are also nominated for ViVA, which has been developed in close collaboration with the Knowledge Center for Welfare Technology West Denmark and Danish Technological Institute. It is a solution that brings learning to life and provides students, staff, citizens and relatives with a thorough introduction to assistive technology and welfare technology through virtual reality (VR). We are quite proud of this new way of thinking about learning – the solution is competing in the category “Most innovative new learning technologies product – international”.

We look forward to some exciting presentations for the judging panel in October before the winners are announced at the gala party in London at the end of November.
